• User Content: You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, publish, or display on the App. You agree not to upload, publish, or display any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Use of the App: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You also agree not to interfere with the functioning of the Application or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
• Property Listings: We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any property listings on the App. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information provided in property listings and for any transactions you undertake based on that information.
• Fees: We may charge fees for certain services or features on the App. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the App.
• Intellectual Property: The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our prior written consent.

• Listings & surfing are free of charge; once the deal is done Buyer & Seller will be charged 1% of the deal amount as commission charges.
• Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the App, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
